Flu Vaccine Clinics Offered by St. Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital

COALDALE, PA – (10/1/2008) – The staff of St. Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital, will hold an adult Flu Immunization Clinic on Friday October 21 from 9 am to 2:30 pm. Vaccines will be administered in the Oncology Center, at the 7th and Phillips Streets entrance. Those individuals 18 years of age and above who are interested may reserve an appointment by calling 570-645-2131. Medicare will be billed for eligible enrollees. All others will be charged $30.

The staff of St. Luke's Urgent Care Center - Jim Thorpe, 1104 North Street, Jim Thorpe, will hold an adult Flu Immunization Clinic on Thursday October 9th from 9 am to 2:30 pm and Friday October 10 from 9 am to 2:30 pm. Those individuals 18 years of age and above who are interested may reserve an appointment by calling 570-325-2400. Medicare will be billed for eligible enrollees. All others will be charged $30.

The staff of St. Luke's Miners Health Center - Nesquehoning, 108 West Catawissa, Nesquehoning will be administering the influenza vaccine to persons 6 months of age and older on Monday October 20 from 9 am to 12 pm. Those individuals interested in receiving the vaccine may reserve an appointment by calling 570-668-6111. Medicare will be billed for eligible enrollees. All others will be charged $30.

The staff of St. Luke's Miners Health Center – Hometown, 253 Claremont Avenue (Route 309), will be administering the influenza vaccine to persons six months of age and older on Thursday, October 23 from 9 am to 12 pm. Those individuals interested in receiving the vaccine may reserve an appointment by calling 570-669-9787. Medicare will be billed for eligible enrollees. All others will be charged $30.

The staff of St. Luke's Miners Memorial Home Care will be administering the influenza vaccine to adults, ages 18 years and older, on the following dates. Medicare will be billed for eligible enrollees. All others will be charged $30.
