Bethlehem, PA (1/22/2010)St. Luke's Hospice is pleased to present The Dr. Donna Miller Caring Series: Hospice Insight Program on March 20, 2010 supported by a gift from the Gates Family, in memory of Betty Gates.

This program is geared towards health care professionals working in the long-term care environment and will be held in Laros Auditorium located in the Education Center, Lecture Hall 1 at St. Luke's Hospital – Bethlehem Campus, 801 Ostrum Street, Bethlehem, PA (Google Directions ).

This educational activity is approved for 4.0 contact hours. St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network is an approved provider of continuing education by the PA State Nurses Association, an accredited provider by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Attendance of entire program is required to receive certificate.

    St. Luke's Saved My Life Fifty-three year old man went into sudden cardiac arrest and was found unconscious on the floor in the Giant Supermarket on Broad Street in Quakertown. St. Luke's Emergency Transport Services, Quakertown Police Department and Quakertown Fire Department were successful in recovering a pulse with early CPR, early defibrillation and medications.
