St. Luke's Named "Best Hospital" in Region by Readers of Lehigh Valley Magazine

Bethlehem, PA (06/29/2009) - St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network has once again been voted the region's "Best Hospital" by the readers of Lehigh Valley Magazine in their 14th annual "Best of the Valley" readers poll. More than 8,000 online and paper ballots were cast for preferred business providers across a variety of industries including health care. St. Luke's and the other category winners will be recognized tonight at Lehigh Valley Magazine's "Best of the Valley" awards dinner at the Holiday Inn Conference Center in Fogelsville. The winners also will be featured in Lehigh Valley Magazine's July/August issue.

Gov. Rendell Announces Investments to Support St. Luke's Riverside Governor Edward G. Rendell announced more than $17 million in investments to support development of St. Luke's Riverside in Bethlehem Township, St. Luke's future premier health campus near the intersection of Rt. 33 and I-78. The comprehensive funding package is the largest health care investment made by Governor Rendell in the Lehigh Valley.
