St. Luke’s Women’s Cancer Counselor

For women with breast, ovarian, uterine or cervical cancers, the St. Luke’s Woman’s Cancer Counselor is ready to offer emotional support during diagnosis and treatment and serve as a patient/family resource throughout the continuum of care. The St. Luke’s Woman’s Cancer Counselor:

Serves as an advocate for patients
Provides counseling support to patients and family members
Helps during diagnosis and treatment
Facilitates the St. Luke’s Active Pink Support Group for women with breast cancer
Makes links to services and community agencies, including transportation as available
Helps with the completion of disability and other insurance forms, as needed
