St. Luke’s Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program provides customized education and exercise for patients who suffer from angina or who have had a heart attack, angioplasty or heart surgery. The rehabilitation program features supervised exercise and lifestyle modification, and is available at:

Patients who have completed the Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation Program are encouraged to join the St. Luke's Health & Fitness Center where they can continue to maintain good health. Located in Bethlehem, St. Luke’s Health & Fitness Center in Bethlehem offers:
- Pulmonary rehabilitation
- Smoking cessation
- Exercise programming
- A weight-loss program
- Nutrition counseling: a nutritionist will see every heart patient
