St. Luke’s Miners Memorial Home Care helps patients recover from an injury or illness in the privacy and comfort of their own homes with the support of loved ones. Individuals who may need home care include those who have:

The St. Luke’s Miners Memorial Home Care staff has direct access to all of the resources of St. Luke’s Miners Memorial Hospital and St. Luke’s Hospital & Health Network. Depending on their specialty, staff members help patients get back to the daily activities they enjoyed before their illness or injury. They work with the patient’s doctor to develop a plan of care that best meets their patients’ needs. The staff is available 24-hours a day, seven-days a week (including weekends and holidays).The St. Luke’s Miners Memorial Home Care staff includes:
