Complex Cerebral Aneurusmal Repair – Repair of an irregular blood-filled sac caused by an expanding artery or vein in the brain.

Minimally Invasive Back Surgery – Examples of these procedures are spinal fusions and repair of herniated disks. Surgeons use endoscopes – small, lighted instruments that contain cameras – to perform these procedures.

Neuroendoscopy for Resection of Brain Tumors – A procedure using endoscopes to access the brain to remove brain tumors.

Spinal Kyphoplasty for Spine Fractures – When vertebrae are weakened by disease, they can collapse and cause pain and a spinal curvature. Kypholpasty restores the height of the vertebrae by passing balloons into the bones’ marrow, blowing them up to the correct height and filling the cavity with cement.

Vertebroplasty – A procedure to strengthen a broken spinal bone that has been weakened by osteoporosis or other conditions. The procedure is accomplished by injecting an orthopedic cement into the fractured bone.

Cervical (Neck) Discetomy – Surgery to remove one or more discs from the neck.

Placement of Screws for Odontoid Fracture – Using screws to heal a broken bone in the second cervical bone in the neck.

Endoscopic Third Ventriculostomy – Drainage of fluid from brain using an endoscope, a device with a light attached that is used to look inside a body cavity or organ.

Endoscopic Removal of Pituitary and other Brain Tumors – Use of an endoscope to remove tumors in the brain.

Stereotactic Radiosurgery for Brain Tumors, Trigeminal Neuralgia – Trigeminal neuralgia is a chronic condition that causes sudden burning or shock-like face pain. Stereotactic radiosurgery is used to treat this condition by delivering a single, high dosage of radiation.
