St. Luke’s Regional Resource Trauma Center is a member of the University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS) Trauma Network. Under the direction and leadership of C. William Schwab, MD, the UPHS Trauma Network has evolved to include the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Brandywine Hospital and Trauma Center, as well as St. Luke’s Regional Resource Trauma Center.

PennSTAR III provides aero-medical transport to St. Luke's Regional Resource Trauma Center and surrounding areas.

The UPHS Trauma Network is an internationally recognized resource for excellence in trauma center design and performance.
