  Beginning August 1, 2010 , any new
  positions posted will require all
  qualified job applicants (both internal
  and external) to complete “The St.
  Luke’s Customer CARE Assessment”
  when applying for a position with St.
  Luke’s Hospital & Health Network.
  The Customer CARE Assessment is
  a pre-screening tool to determine if
  candidates are the best match for the
  mission, vision, and values of the
  organization.  All candidates who
  meet the skills and qualifications of
  the position will be prompted to take
  this assessment following the
  submission of their online application.
  Only those candidates who score well
  on the assessment will be eligible for
  available positions. Scores will remain
  valid for 365 days.
