Dr. Fowler is the Medical Director of the St. Luke's Stroke Center.
Specially trained in the medical management of adolescent and adult neurological issues such as stroke, dementia, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, migraines and chronic pain (RSD).

Dr. Fowler enjoys many outdoor activities including scuba diving in Belize, St. Lucia, and other Caribbean locations, motorcycling and skydiving. As an avid photographer, he has captured some unique imagery from around the globe.
