Application Process and Contact Information

Applications for the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency will be accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). All residents will be selected through the National Residents Matching Program (NRMP).

Application Deadline December 1, 2009
Interview Dates January 8 and 9, 2010
PGY-1 Positions Available 2

Program Requirements

In order for your file to be complete and eligible for review by our faculty, you will need to submit the following:

  • Three (3) letters of recommendation
  • Medical school transcript
  • Personal statement
  • Official USMLE/COMLEX transcript
  • Dean's letter

Foreign medical students also must submit ECFMG certification.
