Office Hours

Patients are seen by appointment. Many same-day appointments are available for acute illnesses. To cancel and reschedule, please call 610-628-8200  in advance of your appointment.

After-Hours Calls and Emergencies

A physician is on-call 24 hours-a-day to respond to urgent medical needs. Call the office - 610-628-8200 - and the after-hours answering service will take your message. The on-call physician will promptly return your call. Please have the patient's information on hand.

For life-threatening emergencies, please dial 911. The hospital physicians will then contact us.

Insurances/Referrals

As your primary care doctors, we will coordinate all aspects of your medical care. If you have a health question, just ask. We will refer you to a specialist for treatment when medically necessary and continue to coordinate your care with the consulting doctor.

If your insurance plan requires a prior written referral or pre-authorization, you must call our office. Your insurance requires three to five business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) to process your referral/pre-authorization. If you have any questions, call our office. We will be happy to help you.

Our office excepts most all major insurance plans. You may call our office for the list of plans or refer to your insurance manual. Co-pays are due at time of service. Payments are accepted in cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card.

Prescriptions/Results

We require 24 hours to process your refill. You may request a refill via our prescription line or ask your physician for refills at that time of service.

If lab work or other tests were ordered, you will receive your results at your next office visit or you may call the office. Our office will return your call within 24 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
