In addition to providing you with the finest surgical care possible, our staff will do its best to ensure that paperwork and scheduling are handled carefully and completed accurately. We will assist you with completing the necessary insurance forms and with the insurance pre-certification process. If you require surgery, we will arrange for pre-admission testing and for preadmission evaluation by your primary physician or by appropriate specialists.
Our staff is dedicated to providing you with complete information about your treatment and care. If you ever have a question about any aspect of your surgical treatment, please do not hesitate to ask. We want you to be comfortable with your treatment and we will answer your concerns and questions as completely as possible.
We welcome your questions, comments, and suggestions as to how we can best serve you or your family member. Please feel free to call us at 610-954-1735.

Questions About Treatment
We understand that you may have specific questions about your treatment and care. Our goal is to make sure that you understand every aspect of your treatment. We also welcome your telephone calls to the office during office hours. A member of our staff is typically available to answer your question at the time of your call. However, in the event that we need to consult with one of the surgeons to answer your question, we will do our best to get back to you as quickly as we can.
Insurances/Referrals
We accept most major insurance plans, including several managed care plans (HMOs). Most insurance plans require a referral to our surgical practice from your primary care physician. In most cases, we are not permitted to see you without a written referral and you should be prepared to provide it at the time of your initial consultation. Retroactive referrals cannot be issued for care already received. If you do not have the appropriate referral at the time of your visit, you may be required to reschedule your appointment. If you have any questions about referrals, do not hesitate to call us. We are always available to assist you.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of the office visit. Our office accepts cash, most major credit cards or a personal check with proper identification. Co-payments are not billable and are due at the time of the office visit.
Prescription Refills
Prescription refills can be obtained during office hours only. Prescriptions for pain medications will not be refilled at night or after office hours. Please plan to call during regular office hours and allow for sufficient time to refill your prescriptions.
