From Harrisburg/Allentown

Take Route 22 East to Route 378 in Bethlehem. Take Route 378 South three miles to Bethlehem. Go over the Hill-to-Hill Bridge to the light at Delaware Avenue. Turn right on Delaware Avenue. Proceed on Delaware to the first light. Turn right onto St. Luke's Place. The St. Luke's Cancer Center is located at the corner of Ostrum Street and St. Luke's Place.

From Quakertown/Coopersburg via Route 309

Take Route 309 North to Route 378. Take Route 378 North. Route 378 will become Wyandotte Street in Bethlehem. Follow Wyandotte Street to the five-point intersection (at the bottom of the hill). Go straight through the intersection and move into the left lane. Turn left at the first traffic light (4th street). Continue two blocks to the intersection of 4th Street and Delaware Avenue. Turn left and proceed on Delaware to the first light. Turn right onto St. Luke's Place. The St. Luke's Cancer Center is located at the corner of Ostrum Street and St. Luke's Place.

From Route 33/Easton via Route 22

Take Route 33 North or South to Route 22 West. Take Route 22 West to Route 378 South. Take Route 378 South three miles to Bethlehem. Go over the Hill-to-Hill Bridge to the light at Delaware Avenue. Turn right on Delaware Avenue. Proceed on Delaware to the first light. Turn right onto St. Luke's Place. The St. Luke's Cancer Center is located at the corner of Ostrum Street and St. Luke's Place.

From the North via Route 309

Follow Route 309 South to Route 22 in Allentown. Take Route 22 East to Route 378. Take Route 378 South three miles to Bethlehem. Go over the Hill-to-Hill Bridge to the light at Delaware Avenue. Turn right on Delaware Avenue. Proceed on Delaware to the first light. Turn right onto St. Luke's Place. The St. Luke's Cancer Center is located at the corner of Ostrum Street and St. Luke' Place.

From Route 78

From Route 78 East or West, exit at the Route 412 Hellertown/Bethlehem exit (Exit 67). At the end of the ramp, turn right on to Route 412 North. Follow Route 412 North to East Third Street. Follow East Third Street for approximately two miles. Cross Route 378 to West Third Street/Delaware Avenue. Follow Delaware Avenue to the first traffic light. Turn right onto St. Luke's Place. The St. Luke's Cancer Center is located at the corner of Ostrum Street and St. Luke's Place.

From Poconos/Scranton/Lehighton via the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike

Take the Northeast extension of the turnpike South toward Allentown and the Lehigh Valley exit. Take the Lehigh Valley exit #33. After the tollbooth, take Route 22 East toward Allentown. Take Route 22 East to Route 378. Take Route 378 South three miles to Bethlehem. Go over the Hill-to-Hill Bridge to the light at Delaware Avenue. Turn right on Delaware Avenue. Proceed on Delaware to the first light. Turn right onto St. Luke's Place. The St. Luke's Cancer Center is located at the corner of Ostrum Street and St. Luke's Place.

From Philadelphia via the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike

Take the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76 West) to I-476. Follow I-476 North (the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike) toward Allentown and the Lehigh Valley exit. Take the Lehigh Valley exit #33. After the tollbooth, take Route 22 East toward Allentown. Take Route 22 East to Route 378. Take Route 378 South three miles to Bethlehem. Go over the Hill-to-Hill Bridge to the light at Delaware Avenue. Turn right on Delaware Avenue. Proceed on Delaware to the first light. Turn right onto St. Luke's Place.
