St. Luke’s Eighth Avenue Diagnostic Center Information

From the North – Take Route 33 south to Route 22 west. Follow Route 22 west to the Route 378 south exit. Follow Route 378 south to the Eighth Avenue exit. At the end of the ramp (there will be a traffic light) make a left hand turn onto Eighth Avenue North. You will proceed through three traffic lights. St. Luke's Eighth Avenue Diagnostic Center is located at 1521 Eighth Avenue, at the corner of Eighth and Eaton Avenues. Continue through the thrid light at Eaton Avenue and turn left on Richard Ave to enter the parking lot. The Center is located on the first floor in Suite 102.

From New Jersey – Follow Interstate 78 west to the Route 33 north exit. Follow Route 33 north to Route 22 west. Follow Route 22 west to the Route 378 south exit. Follow Route 378 south to the Eighth Avenue exit. At the end of the ramp (there will be a traffic light) make a left hand turn onto Eighth Avenue North. You will proceed through three traffic lights. St. Luke's Eighth Avenue Diagnostic Center is located at 1521 Eighth Avenue, at the corner of Eighth and Eaton Avenues. Continue through the third light at Eaton Avenue and turn left on Richard Ave. to enter the parking lot. The Center is located on the first floor in Suite 102.

From Quakertown (south) – Take Route 309 north to the Route 378 north exit. Follow Route 378 north until you see the Eighth Avenue North exit. At the light at the end of the ramp, turn right onto Eighth Avenue and proceed through two additional traffic lights. St. Luke's Eighth Avenue Diagnostic Center is located at 1521 Eighth Avenue, at the corner of Eighth and Eaton Avenues. Continue through the second light at Eaton Avenue and turn left to enter the parking lot. The Center is located on the first floor in Suite 102.

From Reading/Allentown – Take Route 22 east to the Route 378 south exit. Follow Route 378 south to the Eighth Avenue exit. At the end of the ramp (there will be a traffic light) make a left hand turn onto Eighth Avenue North. You will proceed through two traffic lights. St. Luke's Eighth Avenue Diagnostic Center is located at 1521 Eighth Avenue, at the corner of Eighth and Eaton Avenues.
