St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network wants to make the discharge process from our hospitals as smooth as possible. Your doctor, nurse and other members of your health care team will work with you and your family to plan your discharge.
St. Luke's works to have most of our patients who are going home or to another setting discharged before 10 am each day. You can help by arranging to have someone available to take you home close to the time of your discharge.
Delays may occur, but our staff will keep you informed of any delays.
