St. Luke’s Hospital – Bethlehem Campus has two visitor/patient entrances (main entrance and the Priscilla Payne Hurd Pavilion entrance), along with specific entrances for our St. Luke’s Cancer Center, Regional Trauma Center/EMERGENCY department and MRI Center. Hospital welcome desks are located immediately inside the Main Entrance and the Priscilla Payne Hurd Pavilion entrances. Our friendly staff will be happy to direct you to your destination.
Patients arriving to be admitted for NON-EMERGENCY services should enter the hospital's Main Entrance. Patients arriving for outpatient testing and visitors arriving to see an admitted patient should enter through the Priscilla Payne Hurd Pavilion entrance.
St. Luke’s Hospital – Bethlehem Campus has more than 2,000 parking spaces on our hospital campus. We have a convenient, covered parking deck with direct hospital access located adjacent to the Doctor’s Pavilion on Ostrum Street. There are three patient/visitor parking lots on campus:
- Main entrance/Doctors' Pavilion parking lot
- Jeter parking lot, and
- Bishopthorpe parking lot
All parking at St. Luke's Hospital - Bethlehem Campus is FREE.
Also, there is a covered parking lot under the Priscilla Payne Hurd Education Center located off Ostrum Street.
For your convenience,
- Valet parking service is available at both the Main and Priscilla Payne Hurd entrances.
- St. Luke’s operates a free shuttle service Monday through Friday from 9 am to 9 pm. Running at 15 minute intervals, the parking shuttle will pick you up at the Parking Deck, the Jeter parking lot or the Bishopthorpe parking lot and will take you to the Main Lobby, the Priscilla Payne Hurd Pavilion Lobby or the Doctors' Pavilion.
St. Luke's Hospital – Bethlehem Campus has two welcome/information desks located inside both the Main Entrance and the Priscilla Payne Hurd Pavilion Entrance. The staff at both desks will be happy to direct you to your destination within the hospital; can assist you with area restaurants; overnight accommodations and other area locations and services.
