Visitors are important to the healing process. Visiting hours and guidelines have been set to encourage visits while giving patients time to rest and recover.
- For most patients care units, visiting hours are open.
- Special care areas will discuss visitation with caregivers, significant others and/or family based on each patient's condition
- To determine the best time to visit a patient, call the hospital operator at 610-954-4000 and ask to be connected to the appropriate nursing station.

- Visitors arranging to see an admitted patient should enter through the main hospital entrance. Visitors arriving between the hours of 8 pm and 5 am will need to use the intercom to be buzzed into the hospital.
- For most patient care areas, including the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), visiting hours are open. However, recommended hours are 10 am to 8 pm. Two visitors are permitted at a time. Children are welcome, but must be under the direct supervision of an adult.
- Visitors who arrive after 8 pm and before 6 am must enter through the Emergency Department and must be escorted by security.
- The staff of the Intensive Care Unit/Step Down Unit requests that visitors avoid visiting between 7 to 9 am and 7 to 9 pm.

- Intensive Care/Coronary Care Unit: 10 am, 2 pm and 6 pm (20 minutes per visit)
