Annual Giving Clubs:

  • Recognize donors for the total amount contributed to St. Luke's in one calendar year: Friends of St. Luke's; Cortland Whitehead Society

Lifetime Giving Clubs:

  • Recognize donors whose lifetime gifts total $50,000 or more: W. L. Estes Society; White Coat Society

The 1872 Society:

  • Recognizes donors who arrange future, or planned gifts, or create endowed funds.

Total combined calendar year donations qualify for recognition in the following categories. Membership in annual giving clubs is renewed annually.

  • $100 to $999

Cortland Whitehead Society

"We therefore solicit subscriptions and contributions from all. The smallest, as well as the largest, will be thankfully received. Our object is to heal the wounds and lessen the pains of suffering humanity. Will not everyone who reads this give us something?" Rev. Cortland Whitehead

We recognize the Reverend Cortland Whitehead for his vision and for the tradition of philanthropy that he began at St. Luke's Hospital over a century ago. The Cortland Whitehead Society is made up of our most faithful donors – those who give to our hospital year after year ($1,000 or more total giving each year) to ensure that St. Luke's is able to provide compassionate, excellent quality and cost-effective health care to the residents of communities we serve regardless of their ability to pay.

  • Gold Circle – $1,000 to $4,999
  • Platinum Circle - $5,000 to $9,999
  • Diamond Circle – $10,000 and above

Lifetime Giving Clubs

Cumulative lifetime giving of $50,000 or more qualify for recognition in the following categories. Because they have set a standard in generosity to St. Luke's, the recognition of these individuals is permanent.

W. L. Estes Society

  • Partners – $50,000 to $99,000
  • Leaders – $100,000 to $249,000
  • Investors – $250,000 to $499,000 

White Coat Society

  • Chairmen – $500,000 to $999,000
  • Laureates – $1,000,000 and above
