Gifts to Honor Special People or Celebrate a Life

Making a tribute or memorial gift is a meaningful way to honor special people, remember a milestone or celebrate someone's life. Through the St. Luke's Tribute and Memorial Program, you can extend love, admiration or sympathy to friends and family throughout the year. Tribute gifts also can be made to acknowledge a nurse or other caregiver for providing exceptional care to you or a family member through our St. Luke's Grateful Patient Program.

Tribute and memorial gifts of $500 or more (cumulative) made in memory of a departed loved one or in honor of someone special will be displayed on a commemorative plaque located at each St. Luke's facility.
